I listened to what Alicia had to say, deposit the check and then send us $3829.00 to cover fees and taxes. I called information and got the number for Bank of Holly Springs, but it was only automated. I looked it up on the net and called. Imagine my suprise to learn that the check was bogus. I did call Alicia back and inform her that the check was bogus, she politely hung up on me. Be ware- the checks look absolutely for real.

Both dryer and stove went and my wife says im cheap so I decided I would purchase new Maytag appliances and now I see why im cheap I have to be so I can pay for the repairs first the dryer cost 600 and it died I called for service that took 2 weeks for them to show up but never did and when I called back they said my part was on back order one thing how can a part be on back order when no one showed up to find out what was wrong that did it for me got rid of it then the stove its 2 1/2 years old that one cost around 700 cause my wife says im cheap well most people don't ever have to replace a baking element but me I am on my third one in less then 3 years when I called them about the problem I was told it happens and I would have to order a new element well at $42 apiece that's $126 on top of the $700 I paid for the oven I think you can do the math plus add the
5% mass state tax and my wife says im cheap I told her the only thing that is cheap is the Maytag name with outrageous prices for junk.

When I first signed up for the Vonage account everything went very well and in no time I was up and running with little or no problems. The Problem started when I added another account at my second home. I have nothing but problems since. Internet service was not available at my second home except through Satellite. I had Hughes put in a satellite dish and Vonage set up the VOIP account. Well VOIP does not work on satellite because of lag time. I found this out after trying to set up for 2 weeks. I then had to cancel Hughes (which cost me $400.00) and I tried to cancel Vonage until an internet company could service the area. Vonage told me that not to worry that my account would be in suspense until the service became available. After six months went by I noticed that I was still being charged for the account. I did not notice because of my other Vonage account. I contacted Vonage and was told that my account could not be put in suspense and I would have to pay $5.00/month for a basic 0 plan even though I could not use my phone???? Or I would have to pay to disconnect and pay again to reconnect when service was put in my area. I would then only have to reactivate the residential plan at no charge. Well I finally got the internet service and I reactivated the residential plan. Vonage then charged me to reactivate the plan. I have paid Vonage for the VOIP service for almost a year even though I could not use it. I have now paid to activate the residential plan twice even though I could now only begin to use it. I have spent many hours on the phone with Vonage and have only become more frustrated. I will find another service and I will cancel both services I have now. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and DO NOT use Vonage.

RUN AWAY!

If you are considering using Alltel as your cell phone provider; RUN to any other firm. If Alltel has any business scruples, they probably stole them from somebody! I had a two year contract with them on which I paid faithfully every month even though the service was terrible. At the end of the contract, I switched to another provider and flatly refused to pay the last month's fee because they had not provided the service for which I was paying (enough was enough). I got several nasty letters from them but stood my ground. I learned that Alltel had placed an entry in my credit report for this "bad debt" and had suckered a collection agency into taking over the debt. I've been receiving phone calls from Alliance One for almost a year that I ignore and will continue to do so. The amount of this "bad debt?" A whopping $79.00! While I can easily pay the amount, there is a principle involved here. I'm getting my revenge; during the period of this silly mess, I've convinced a whole bunch of people to avoid Alltel; I hope you are one of them.

After attempting to purchase a USB hub from Dell I was sent an acknowledgement of the order along with a shipping date of 5 to 7 days. After waiting 20 days and not receiving the product I called and called and called. I was put on hold numerous times and always for at least a half hour at a time. When I finally reached someone I was told the waybill number was wrong on my acknowledgement and told another would be shipped out immediately. After waiting another 5 days I called back. I was transferred from one extension to another and finally after an hour switched to a supervisor who told me he would take care of everything and e-mail me and give me a personal phone call back to tell me the status of my order. It never happened, no call and no e-mail. I then waited another day and called again, again I was put on hold for a half hour, when I did reach someone I immediately asked for a supervisor. I must say that in the end the supervisor did resolve the situation. However is my time less valuable then there time? I feel like sending Dell an invoice to cover the many hours that I was kept on hold. My time is very valuable to me. I feel that if everyone would get together and send an invoice for there time to Dell Corporate Headquarters in Texas just maybe they would get the idea that people's time is not without cost. I have purchased two Dell computers and am ready for another but it will not be a Dell because of this experience.

I had a previous account with Sprint PCS that went to write-off status. I had fallen behind in bills because I'm a single mom and can't depend on my child support. So money that I would normally have had to be used to support my son. Well I got my tax refund back and the first thing I did was go pay Sprint PCS, store # 143. I paid them my back money and security deposit in cash the rep that helped me was Martin Ruiz, who told me that I could get another account opened with a security deposit of $125. I decided to pay it even though rep said I could wait until later that afternoon. Martin said if I wanted to take care of everything at once, he would accept the security deposit. He told me it would take almost 2 hours for the write-off status to be corrected and that I could go to the Sprint store near my home. I went there and was in the process of activating a new phone when the computer system said that my deposit was no longer $125 but $250, in the space of less than 5 hours. I called the original store and they wouldn't give my money back to me. The supervisor stated that I would have to wait several weeks to get my refund back from customer care in a check form. When I asked why I couldn't get it back in same manner it was given, she became rude and said that's not their policy. On the back of their receipt, however, it states that if you pay by credit card, your refund will be done by a credit to card. If you pay by check, they will mail a check back to you. Unfortunately, I paid cash and they couldn't help me. I called customer care and they were very unhelpful. Sprint PCS customer care never apologized for their theft of my money. I didn't utilize their wireless services so there was no need to hold onto my money. They told me that they would issue a check and have it to me within 48 hrs. The Sprint Rep who told me that changed it to cutting a check within 48 hrs and then mailing it within 2-14 days. They wouldn't even honor what Mark had said concerning the security deposit. All I want is my money so that I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Using my cell phone in my calling area I have been charged over $300.00 in roaming fees. These erroneous fees have shown up on my bill for the past two months. Cingular will no longer remove any incorrect charges. I was told I would have to switch to a more expensive plan with few minutes that I have now to stop incurring incorrect roaming fees. This is unacceptable! After having my plan for two year without any incorrect charges, since the advent of their new "no roaming" plans, Cingular is trying to get long-time, loyal customers who are happy with their plans to change to more expensive services. Moreover, Cingular, admittedly, does not inform customers on the phone display, or in any other way that the phone is roaming. One would assume when using it in his/her home area, it will not be charging .45 cents/min. This is not the case. I find it unlawful for Cingular to charge customers without notice. Especially when these fees are incorrect. Since Cingular can not honor the terms of my contract, by allowing me to make "free" calls when in my home state, I asked that I be released from my contract (without fees) due to their breach. They said no, I would have to pay for that too. Ultimately, Cingular is charging fees no one can prove to customers who are within the range of their contract and have been provided no notice. Cingular claims the only way to not insure incorrect fees is to change the terms of the contract, where the customer pays more and gets less. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Unexpected...

I have had AOL as my internet provider for more than two years. And I have never had a problem with them until recently. I had unlimited dial-up for more than a year, at $14.95 for unlimited use. Then I added a high speed modem from my local cable provider. In May I bought a house and no longer could use my modem, the cable company does not serve this area. I called AOL and told them. They told me that by canceling only my Broadband connection I would still have unlimited access to dial-up for $14.95 a month. More or less that my bill would pick up where it had left off ... $14.95. So in June I found on my checking statement that AOL had taken $50 from my account. So, I call AOL and get the issue resolved, they refund my money.... 10 days later (it didn't take them 10 days to take it). My July bill was okay, $14.95. Now suddenly I get my checking statement for the month of August, and they take another $50. And the unexpected $35.00 they took, caused me to bounce a check... $25.00 to the bank... $25 to the company I wrote the check to. So I call and get a lady that I can't understand and who obviously does not understand me. But she finally got tired of me talking slow for her and decided to give me my money back. So today I get online w/AOL support and tell them I no longer want them to take auto withdrawals from my account and I want to be billed to my home (as I have before). The support person then tells me that I have to keep letting them take money from my account because they no longer allow payments from any other source. What crock!! So now they say they are willing to give me back my $35.00, but that now doesn't cover the other $50 that I have been charged for that bounced check. And AOL sure didn't want to pay that!! I have already talked to my credit union and will have to file an affidavit stating that I've told them. I printed the IM correspondence between myself and the tech, and will be going to my credit union first thing tomorrow. I know of at least one other person they have done this too recently and she never received her $95 back that they scammed her out of. They have done this to so many people for too long somebody needs to file a class action lawsuit against these jerks and make them pay for the damage they are causing people.

This company is hard-nosed!

Well, well, here we are again submitting yet another report on a major corporation. Well this time it is TMobile and from the looks of it in your database it isn't the first time that they have been submitted. This company is hard-nosed, has deceptive marketing practices as evidenced by their description of their plans on their web-site. Information about what they will charge you for (incoming calls, calls made to your voice-mail box - both for messages left by callers and also when you call in to review messages, outgoing calls) is buried all the way down at the bottom of the page with an innocuous link "important information". When you click on the link, it uses "pop-up" technology and if you have pop-up ad blocker in use, nothing will display. Not a mistake, but a deliberate deceptive practice. Also, if they make a mistake with inputting the calling plan you select, it is your loss, as they will refuse to correct their mistake, refuse to make accommodations, refuse to compromise, refuse to do what is "right", and if you have a billing dispute with them, they will close down your account, and charge a $200 termination fee even if you are a month or two away from the end of the 1 year contract, when they really should only charge $19.99/mo until the end of the contract. No room for talking with these snakes, their policy is to send disputes in for collection within 30
days (they must reply to complaints made on-line with the FCC within 45 days). Getting it into a collection agency removes them from the obligation to further discuss any errors they have made, deceptive practices they have used, just "we don't give a damn, the contract says this, and we don't have to be held accountable for any mistakes we made, we just want as much money as we can screw you out of, and the heck with you." Stand and deliver" tactics.

I ordered a Whirlpool dishwasher from Home Depot on 5/29/02. Upon completion of the order process, I was informed that I would be notified by my Home Depot to arrange for delivery once my dishwasher arrived at the Store. On June 15, after no call from Lowe's to arrange delivery, I called the store to ask when my dishwasher was expected to arrive. The individual answering the telephone in customer service told me that my dishwasher had been there for "a while." When I asked to be transferred to delivery I was told that they entire department had already gone home for the day. It was suggested that I called back the next day at 7:00 am. The next day at 7:00 am I called, and was then informed that the staff was in the morning meeting, and that I would have to call back in about 15 minutes. I gave those 20, called at 7:20 and was told that everyone in delivery was out making deliveries. I left a message for the delivery manager. The next day, after still not hearing from the delivery manager, I called again. I was told that he was in a meeting, so I left a message saying that I would be home for an hour and that I would like a call back. Four hours later the delivery manager called back, but by then I had already left for work. This kind of run-around continued for a week. I was never called again despite the fact that I left several messages for delivery. Finally, I called Home Depot to cancel my order. I told the manager on duty that I intended to buy a dishwasher from the appliance specialty store across the street from Home Depot. Two days later I went to another store to buy a dishwasher and they did have a much nice Kitchen aid dishwasher for the same price as the dishwasher I had originally purchased at Home Depot. When I called Home Depot main customer service number to complain, a very pleasant woman took down my complaint and said she would have the store manager call me to correct the situation. I told her that I wasn't planning to do anymore waiting around for Home Depot to call. I just wanted the e-mail address of the president of the company. This company doesn't get it at all!!! In my opinion Home Depot company is a scam. Think twice before buying anything from such people.

I ordered a video card online from them recently. It arrived promptly, but was broken. It was not damaged during shipping, because the outer shipping box and the package box were not at all damaged. My husband called customer service and asked for a call tag to be sent along with another product which they refused to do. After arguing at length with a supervisor he was promised a new product would be shipped 2nd day. It did not arrive. A second, third, and fourth call all resulted in the same promise....that the product would be sent 2nd day and arrive in two days. FOUR times we were lied to and promised a delivery date for a new product which has never arrived. Every time my husband has called, he's been transferred to a phone that never picks up and has to keep calling back and demanding a supervisor. These so-called supervisors are the ones lying about sending the replacement which they know they will not do. At one point, we were told to mail back the broken item and only then would they send a new one. This was after already promising the new one was shipped two times! I mailed it back and a week later they still claim no record of ever receiving it. Days after mailing it, a UPS calls tag arrived after they already told us to mail it ourselves. Today, my husband is being told that they cannot send a new item until they conduct an investigation on why the original item was broken. How can they do that when they claim to not have it? And why is that our problem? We are out $185 for the item and $7 for sending it back to them. The customer service number goes to India and even the number we were given to complain about the customer service number goes to the very same place, India. We are told there is not a single number to call to speak to an American who has some concept of American quality customer service. How terrible customer service they are having!! I was totally ripped-off.

I emailed Dell to find out what type of Ethernet card I have; they then took $30 from my checking account, without my approval or authorization. In addition, I have never had contact with Computer Services and Dell must have given them my checking account number-which I used to purchase my computer originally. Because I am on Social Security Disability, the timing in Staling this money left me overdrawn in my checking account, and the bank has charged an accumulation of $96-in addition to the original $30 stolen. I have had multiple telephone and email contacts with "customer services" but none was able to rectify the problem. Eventually they promised to return a total of $62 to my checking account and all admitted the money should not have been removed from my account in the first place. TWICE now they have "accidentally cancelled" the replacement of these funds in my account. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission; the Bank is conducting an investigation-but Dell does not care. Not at all. Apparently, they can sell computers and steal money from accounts, and never have to worry others will find out. I will pursue criminal charges-but realize this will be an uphill battle. STAY AWAY FROM DELL!!!!!

Can't get a replacement.

defective and it took them to 4 months to replace it. Recently, my dining table glass top had a chip on it so we filed claims from Guardsman because we paid a protection plan for the items. Guardsman gave us a check much lower than the cost of the merchandize because they said it was what was reflected in the invoice. They were right as I found out the price reflected on the invoice was much lower than the original price. I don't know why. Now we can't get a replacement for the glass top. When will Room Store Furniture be true to their commitments? When I saw them featured on TV for a complaint from a customer, I told myself it was not gonna happen to me.

It is located on a dead-end street and constantly blocks the street from the residents that live there. they flip them off laugh and even damage personal property of residence i.e.: cars on the street, front yards trash cans and even try to hit the children that play on the street. They have had yelling matches with all the neighbors, use foul dirty language around children and women on the street. The owner is a horrible person, doesn't care about the community at all and uses the red curbs and the rest of the street to park all the car wash cars on. Has damaged many fences planters and lawns. The police have been involved numerous times and he does not seem to care at all.

Sprints customer service system is set up so that its telephone representatives can be as rude, unhelpful, and as insulting as they like without fear of punishment. The system also makes it impossible to follow up on situations/problems that require a significant amount of time to fix, thus making it impossible for customers to get any sort of help. For example: when you call the customer service number, representatives who cannot help you or answer your questions typically will purposely hang up on customers, knowing that the customers have no way of knowing which rep it was that was helping them, and therefore have no way of contacting a supervisor or getting that rep punished. Reps will not give out their last name, employee number, and call center id, anything that would allow a customer to either lodge a formal complaint or get some justice for how they were treated. Sometimes reps will give out phony supervisor names and numbers to customers, so that when the customer calls thinking that they will be able to talk to some sort of manager about their issue, they reach a wrong number. Basically sprint has it set up so that they can make billing errors in their favor, and even the most determined customers have only a minute chance of getting anything done about it.

TOO BAD...

I was supposed to receive one month free and half price monthly service. I authorized a one time fee of $9.95 for shipping. No monthly fee was allowed. I received adapter and it would not work. I called their tech dept. They spent over 3 hours and conceded that it would not work for me. They told me to return adapter. I put it in original box, marked return to sender. That month there was a $37.99 fee stolen from my account. I called (always at least 25 minute wait) spoke to Brian; he agreed I never had service but did not have authority to reimburse me. I asked to speak to supervisor of accounts-Kathleen. She said it was past the 30 day money back guarantee, so she could not reimburse me. I said I never had service. She said she knows-nothing she could do. I called President of company-Michael Snider. He has some flunky call me back because "he does not speak to customers". After arguing for over an hour, He says I should have been given a secret number to return the adapter. I said I wasn't given anything from the tech guy. He says "sorry" the only way we will stop taking money from your account is if you pay $119 cancellation fee. "I NEVER HAD SERVICE "there should be no cancellation. HE says "TOO BAD" and hangs up. I have all the employee ID numbers that I spoke to, if they are real. Everyone in the office directory is named Smith except for one Poindexter. Fake names too!! Criminals often use fake names.

We purchased a dining room suite from Rhodes Furniture in November of 2006. At the store I noticed some scratches and asked them if they could repair those. I was told that the scratches would be repaired and that they would reduce the price of the furniture. The day before Thanksgiving the furniture was delivered and set up. When the workers left I noticed that the marble on the buffet was cracked, the touch-activated lights in the hutch did not work, the finish on the table was peeling off and there was a big chunk of wood missing on the hutch. I immediately called the store and was assured that the furniture would be repaired. I called back several times and each time there was some excuse as to why the furniture had not been repaired. One day I called to ask about it and the manager told me that we bought it "as-is" and that they would not be repairing it. The furniture we purchased was the floor model and we were offered to have furniture delivered from the warehouse but we needed it and were promised that the scratches would be repaired. Since then the district manager has promised that it would be repaired and that the store was under new management so we would not have to deal with the obnoxious manager we had been putting up with in the past. That was in May and here it is December. They refuse to repair the furniture and they are threatening repossession. Why should we have to keep paying on the furniture if they won't repair it as they promised? I know we have to pay for what we buy but I don't want to keep giving them money if they never do what they promised to do.

I am wondering if Bellsouth is treating all of their customers as they are treating me. We discovered charges to our phone bill (Bell South) that were charged without proper authorization. When I called the number on the Bell South bill to find out what they were for, they gave the name of one of our sisters as having authorized the service. This sister has never heard of them. We never agreed to the service or any "free" offers from them. In spite of this, we have been charged and we consider that BellSouth is negligent and party to this rip-off company by knowingly charging customers who have falsely charged. By being in the business BellSouth should be aware of the dishonorable practices of this partner company. I had no problem finding numerous reports of ill use by online services. Does this mean that if we have BellSouth as our telephone carrier that anyone who wishes may send fraudulent charges and BellSouth will send them on? As part of our agreement with BellSouth (to whom we pay a sturdy business charge each month!) we now feel that a clause should be added that we will only be responsible to BellSouth for BellSouth charges. Obviously BellSouth is NOT working for ITS customers!

I don't understand how services including telephone can be turned off three days after I made a payment in cash. I paid on 1/12/07 then services were shut off on 1/16/07!! Customer Service said there wasn't anything they could do about my telephone and it would be turned on in 24 to 48 hours and they were sorry for my inconvenience!! This isn't the first time this happened to me, but the third. Each time I was charged a disconnect fee & reconnect fee, BUT I MADE THE PAYMENT then was without service. I've wasted more than 8 hrs on the phone with Comcast Customer Service, and although they are polite, I can't seem to get anyone who knows how to serve the customer. I would like to say that my past experiences with Dell have been excellent. The present bad experience was with Dell Sales to order the correct memory chip (ram) to speed up my slow computer. I gave the order person the info. On my Dell computer and he suggested a 1 gig card. I ordered the card he recommended and it arrived a few days later. To be doubly sure the card would work, I called the card manufacturer tech. dept. The rep. checked the computer specs and told me the card was not the right one and might damage my computer if I tried to install it. I called Dell Sales and relayed the problem and this rep. (who was knowledgeable) also said the chip I received was wrong. He suggested a replacement and I ordered it. I was switched to another rep. to return the wrong chip. Although very pleasant, she kept me on the line about 20 minutes, apparently not being able to fill my request without frequent pauses to get back up. I finally asked for a supervisor to complete the simple return for "full credit" including pick up. I probably spent more than an hour with this experience, fortunately, on toll free numbers, between Dell and the chip manufacturer. The bottom line is that I have lost faith in Dell's ability to provide proper assistance to the buyer as some of their reps.

It says their machine cannot accept any more calls until after the holidays due to not enough room. I have not tried to deposit the check as I am calling the bank it is drawn on on Tuesday after the holiday. I have contacted the better business bureau and the attorney general to have them look into this as well.
The letter also says that the lottery is sponsored by Publishers clearing house, readers digest and online games.

I don't know about the reasons behind you're blaming the attraction but it seems to me that you're so out of your mind and Hawaii. Well, I was a new skater I required some more practice or coaches help but whenever I search for coaches they are not in there place and other coach will not help. I asked the other coach to help me learn balancing but he told me the one who was helping me was not there and I will have wait for half an hour. I explained him that I have to attend office, he told me if cant wait please leave! He was rude; their coaches have no concern with the member's problem. I think the staff needed to be changed so that new learners like me will get more help.

Well, I asked for bill and this guy came in with bill for four wines it was ridiculous I called manager and told him that I had two wines and the server of this cellar got coke when I asked him a glas of wine. The nutty manager did not listen to me and defended himself with mantra ' you will have to pay money for at least three wines because you returned one glass' I finally I told him that I will pay for coke because I did not receive wine but coke and end up the deal here. I think I will not be returning to this place again.

They didn't even bothered to clean the color on floor while it was still wet; my husband told the guy to clean it but the color was dried till now, ok after the service guies got t he instruction to clean up our floor they started it but it had very poor result, color didn't go properly. I will recommend to reacf for some other company which provides paint service.

We have had enough with Takoma Animal Clinic. I have read many good reviews about them and don't understand why these people like this place so much. It is bad really bad and I would never want to go there again. The vets there are very rude and don't seem to like their jobs as much as they should. There is one vet though that I used to trust and he too let us down. The others were simply irritating. One evening my cat was in crisis and we called the clinic and the receptionist or whoever answered the call told us to get our cat down to the clinic immediately. We got there as fast as we could. When we got there we got to know that there were no vets in and no one seem to know when one would arrive. I was so frustrated we went all the way there to get to know that no one was there to help us. I asked her why she couldn't tell me this over the phone and refer another clinic as we were in an emergency. I will not go here again. As far as our favorite vet well not any more is concerned we can't trust him any more coz he had prescribed the wrong drugs for my cat and thank God I realized that and did not feed my cat the medicine.

The next day which I got a call from them and they told me that my car was fixed and that I could pick it up. I was very impressed on hearing that. I thought to myself that these people are quick and hopefully good. Well my hope was shattered when I reached there. They told me that they took it for a test drive and found out that they had fixed it backwards and could get it fixed the right way and return it only by Tuesday. I was furious I had to spend $25 to get there to pick my car up and now they tell me that it is not done yet. They were not even ready to drop my car over at my place after it was done. I was very disappointed and will never return to Flemings.

He was not helpful he wanted to sell us the car he liked and was not attentive to our needs. If you want the best place to get your car with a best service well this surely is not the place for you. Well I was wrong they made the condition of my computer even worse. They did not know what to do and so they dismantled my pc and could not find out what was wrong so when they were assembling it back they broke something and did not know or did not have the part to fix it back. I had to get it done at a local service center and they got it done right and really quick. I was very angry and disappointed with Compustar. They are really bad do not go to them if you value your money and time coz they don't. Please do your self a favor and stay away form Compustar.

It started on 02/03/2006 me and my husband went to the Nextel store located on Dunn ave in Jacksonville Florida we waited for at least 25 minutes before we were even assisted. Finally the sales rep came over and asked us want we needed. We informed him that we would like to purchase two boost mobile phones and get the premium plan which is like a pre paid plan but for like $49.99 a month and the funds come directly from your checking account. He seemed aware of what we wanted, we picked out the phones, he told us the total we paid for the phones and then he handed us the phones in a bag and said have a nice day. We were then curious and asked how do we activate them? He said oh just open the package and it explains it all. We left the store, went home to activate them call the number inside the package and told them the exact same thing we want both phones on a premium plan. The rep activated the phones and then transferred us over to the 'premium plan department' where we were then informed that we could not have two phones on a premium plan using a same credit card even if the phones and credit card is in the same name. The rep even went as far as saying she didn't care if the phones were in 'Mickey Mouse's name!! WOW!! GREAT SERVICE HUH? We then tried to take the phones back on 02/04/2006 they informed us we could not because we already activated them so now we are stuck with so crummy phones without the service we wanted in the first place and this company does not care. We even spoke with a supervisor who told me he didn't even have a complaint line phone number to give to me. Needless to say this was the worst service I have ever had and I wouldn't refer anyone to boost mobile. We only got it because all of our friends have it now our friends don't even want the service anymore. Should have tried T-mobile......

Well the reason we couldn't find any water was because it was dripping right where the floor and the wall met and was running under the floor and down the wall.

Since my dryer is less than 1 year old and all parts and labor are still under warranty, I called GE to schedule a service call. To my surprise, I had to wait 1 week for a service technician to come to my house. The tech said that I needed a new circuit board (computer dryer). So, he ordered this part and it would be another week and he would come back to the house to "fix" the dryer. The tech asked if I wanted a morning or afternoon service call. I requested a morning call (8a.m.-noon versus 1p.m.-5:00p.m.) The night before the 2nd service call, the automated GE system called my house confirming the service call for 1p.m. to 5p.m. -- I had already taken off work for the morning service call and the tech never told me that I may not get the morning time -- he acted like it was a done deal! Today, the day of the 2nd service call, the tech showed up at 4:21p.m. He installs the new board. He walks out the door at 4:39p.m. Without me signing anything, etc... I ask him if the dryer is fixed -- he says HE HAS TO GET TO HIS NEXT SERVICE CALL AND IF THE DRYER STILL DOESN'T WORK TO CALL FOR SERVICE AGAIN!!!! This enrages me -- I have already waited for 2 weeks for the dryer to be fixed and this is his attitude without even fixing the dryer. I immediately call GE and the lady on the phone is very apologetic; however, the only thing that she can do is reschedule my service (1 weekend and 4 business days later). I think that the service tech. KNEW that the dryer wasn't working and didn't want to deal with it. The GE lady on the phone said that the techs. Don't work past 5 p.m., which is ridiculous -- they should work until the job is completed correctly and GE should pay them for this. On a positive note, whenever I have called GE, the people on the phone have been very helpful and apologetic. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GE PRODUCT DUE TO THIS SERVICE.

Do not trust your money with direct TV; they are a bunch of liars. I recently tried to purchase a dish service with them, but before I could do that, they asked me to put down a $200 deposit. So when the sent the tech out to install, first of all he didn't know anything about the questions I asked him, he couldn't install the dish due to some restrictions on our place, so I asked to cancel my order, and when I canceled the order they told me they would refund me my $200 in 3-5 business days, 2 weeks later, still no refund. I have talked to a representative every single day since then, and have told every person my situation, but no one ever has answers for me, they all tell me the same thing, 'yes, I see the cancellation on 12/4, so you should be getting your refund.' The last time I spoke with another rep, he tells me that he has reviewed my account with a supervisor and I'm not allowed my $200 back because it was for my credit check, and I told him that it doesn't cost $200 to do a credit check, that that$200 was a deposit BECAUSE of my credit, but because I am not getting service from them, I should be refunded back my $200. I work in a call center, and know what kinds of things you can pull, but I have never heard of such a bullshit place like direct TV. It is so impersonal, you have to keep telling different people what you're calling about, because you can never reach the same people you spoke to before, because they are so secretive with who they are, and won't even give you a contact number on how you can reach them back if you wanted to follow up on your situation. I stay little ahead of the Jackson Outlet location; I know this place well since I came to stay here few years back. And many people are crazy to go there and shop though place is over crowded. Restaurants are worst then any other. As far as I know this place's shit of all other shopping spots, I have experience many other things then good shop and profit; my purse has lost twice here in crowd, you will not notice who is stealing your stuff standing between crowd helpless. It is other thing I never got my clothes duty free, in fact I had always paid more then a cloth actually deserve so I will recommend you better stay away if you really want to save what you have!

We both are big fans of Chinese food. I just love Chinese food and husband is ready dive when he sees Chinese soups. Well, we are not happy with PF Changs China Bistro, they are damn fools they not even know how Chinese food is made and had established a Chinese restaurant...strange! Okay, this is kind of funny restaurant; they serve you American Cuisine with soy sauce and have elephants sculpted on their wall! The food is not really tasty; I know it is not an authentic. There food is bland, salty, greasy and sometimes too spicy to bear. What more. They don't have good selection and charges are high compared to restaurant in housing area. Well, you are left with only two choice in the Promenda at Sagemore, a high end shopping center.

I know Jo Skymer Lighting store, it is well known for its independent lighting around here at low price. You will find every type of lighting from outdoor wall sconces to chandeliers to ceiling fans. Well, not a good deal. They majority time they run advertisements of 40-50% off on everything you purchase! I have seen stuff is not great quality and their list price is more then usual and then they just deduct some dollars to show they have lessened the CP, that's it. They are not good business to deal with.I will recommend avoid to shop here they are play good gimmick to earn more profit!

Ymca is a great place for you and your child to exercise, the club is spacious. Well, I have experienced different story of this health club. First it is not very clean place, I mean it looks as if not cleaned for ages. The pool locker rooms are a little dirty; the upstairs dance studio and surrounding area have deadly unclean smell that no one can stand there for a minute. The indoor swimming pool itself is also a disappointment; some times the water seems murky so I avoid going there. I am also not sure if the money they collect as membership fees is eligible or not! Recently I have removed my membership from this club and joined somewhere else.

It is a decent store for selecting your lighting accessories. The only drawback here is price and staff! They have great collection of fancy crystal chandeliers then any other store. Once I stopped here for buying some lighting stuff, I was so confused with their antique selection that I called a staff member to help me buying one. Well, this guy was not a friendly buddy, he told me to call someone else because it was his tea time. So I call the other guy, he heard me calling but quickly passes on by me and I was left helpless. I decided to go somewhere else where I will get some help and that time manager asks me, 'why I didn't purchase anything did I not like their stuff?' Yes, I answered him that I did not like your staff!

They have very less number of agents spread in our town. I have dealt with two, the second agent was snotty. She had a great attitude, she continued to rude stares while showing a property. In my opinion one doesn't have to grandly dress as if going to a wedding just to look for an apartment. This agent had the nerve to call me up and speak to me as if I was beneath her. The other agent was very courteous and professional. She will not answer my queries and continue to give me rude stare. There are many other agents who are willing to be helpful and courteous. One doesn't ever like to be treated like dirt while looking for a property. I never in future will deal with this frim by choice again.

Here, in our area there are no much sandwich shop so the only option left with people is café shops'; they are nice options for hangouts with friends. Day Break Café is just in next lane from my house so of course it is better option left with me and it has quite decent crowd. However, if you are health conscious then it may not prove a good cafeteria for you; there stuff is full of cheap fats (for example- mayo) and empty calories which don't suit every body's health trust me! I had some health issues after consuming their burgers very often; I never had such issues before, there was severe stomach ache for two days so I consult my doctor. My doctor advised me to stop consuming burgers and sandwich because a lump of cheese was found in my tummy. These are not a digestible substance which they use in their food. It was removed by operation and so I had stopped eating any type of cheese and fatty food. Though Day Break Café is cheap don't eat from them they are dangerous..

Crossroads Café is though non profit organization they do lot of business by keeping the change money. I had being their regular consumer for while I have such experience. I am not sure if anyone has experience such incident but I would definitely like to share. Boy! Whenever I had breakfast there, after paying for my bill the server comes to me saying that they have change for what I had keep to pay my bill; I ignored it fro three time but on fourth day I told him to get change from anywhere from hell also, the manager came to my table and listen to the story and try to convince me that really they are running shortage of change money and asked the server to bring change money from another shop. Well, I smell something fishy and I no doubt suspect Crossroad, they are openly robbing money from customer like me who had been there regular consumer. I will not go this cafeteria again!

Well, no one from us liked the quantity and food which Seastar served us. The grilled salmon fish which arrived to out table was so small in quantity that no one could shared or at least taste this fish. This is just an example but all what came to our table was in some or the other way disappointing. Though they take a good value for their food, it didn't deserve that much. Plus service is also, they missed out our order once and brought wrong dish once on that day. I will not recommend this restaurant to any one I know.

I visit headline for my haircut every time I want something new on my curls. Though the stylish here do not have stylish hair cuts they turn a magical stick on your hair turning them beautiful. I have selected my hair stylish among them she is great. Well, last time I went their, for my hair she was not their and I decided to get it done from other lady. I told her what exactly I want she said ok and leave worries she will do it perfectly what I want. After she finished her cutting I was horrid to see my hair. My hair have larger curls and so I told her to straighten them and give frill them beautifully at the end. Well, god knows what cut did she experimented on me they got a weird look. Okay, so after a week I again went their and cut my long hair to short to get the level. I will only advise you to beware of this hair stylish that spoiled my hair. I don't know her name but she is skinny and tall. She requires training in hair cutting she is totally imperfect bully!

When we were new to Cambridge and searching a decent store for durable and good furniture we came across this and I loved its décor items very much; they are simple and sober that I fell in love with them. Well, after few months only my dinning table worn out and vinyl which had guarantee of being scratchproof got so many scratches. Our baby has turned just four and you can't stop kids scratching things. The support of one chair has become loose and so I have kept it aside so no one can use it to sit. They are totally ripped off! You can't guarantee there furniture quality.

It was really embarrassing when the rudely told me no they wont accept the coupon as it was fake! Hell, these people don't even realize their own issue coupon on THEIR site. I think online dealing with company is worthless or may be the employees are not computer

I asked an employee about its size and he said go there they fare will help you and he disappeared well, the other guy was standing there but when he saw he coming there he turned and started chatting with other employee. It is not expensive but however to me it wasn't worth the money I paid out to go there.

The grilled chicken sandwich was gooey; it seemed like it was grilled hours before and wrapped when it was still hot. I told about the food on phone but they lack responding or considering consumer complaint. I will not order again from Dining Out.

I read a recent submission on scamclub.com that was totally incorrect and impossible, which leads me to believe that some or all of the scams may be generated by scamclub.com themselves since their website is monetized by google adword ads. The supposed criticism a "user" posted about of a company posted had no names, dates or relevant details to support their complaint.Each of scamclub.com's submissions trigger a google alert and any comments (negative or positive) trigger more google alerts. This helps scamclub.com's google Page Rank and will help build their traffic so they can make more money for themselves. All they have to do is target and trash a big brand name that gets a lot of traffic which gives them free listings because of their high page rank, then people will visit the site and hopefully click on their google adword ads. No legimate scam alert company should be monetized. On top of this, they solicit donations! Not everyone is going to be fooled by scamclub.com's devious tactics. Nice try. I will be notifying google adwords, the BBB, and Digg and others to expose scamclub.com as a the biggest scam ever conceived! The public is best served by legitimate consumer fraud services such as the BBB, Consumer Reports, Attorney General offices, etc. I dare you to post this report exactly as it appears, just you have allowed other "users" to post any "complaints" about any "company". Bread, coffee machines, gourmet teas, bread making machines and all that stuff. Please, I bed you DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! I also found it to be such a shame that we make payment through google checkout. One would think that google would scan and make sure that the people they deal with are not thieves. They have not only scammed me but many other people as well. When you first send them an email requesting your kit, you get a response that it is on its way.....it is still on its way.....4 MONTHS LATER!!!!!!!!!!
Can someone please find out who the culprits are. I am willing to go to court for my money. How can we get our money back???

I was looking for someone to ask about the Ferris wheel as my kid should also know the operation; but no one could be seen for 25 minutes so I could him/her. Well, I got hold of one lady (she was an employee) but she was so busy that she told me 'Later...I am busy now!' this was ridiculous. I think local stores are better even if they can't give you the aide range of toys!

Well, what I had chosen is Malibu Bay Freeze, I had it once with my friend and it tasted great so I thought I will get Malibu Bay Freeze flavor and keep rest for next visits. Well, it was really yucky.actually you couold make out the sour bitter taste as if an old spoiled drink! I told the lady and told her to taste it herself; well she didn't taste it but asked the employee to get another drink. And it was too bad so I asked for another flavor, 'Honeydew'. I thought the name sounds interesting so the drink must be...it had sour taste and smelled like over fermented! Well, I told my money back and left the store. Of course I decided to go next time just to check there quality unfortunately we got shifted in California so there are very less chances to go there again.

I asked them to BBQ in their kitchen only as, if you BBQ it on your table there is possibility of getting the BBQ strong smell absorbed by your clothes. Also the portion was small, I called the waiter and asked him to get it heated again and this time he came with burned BBQ. The lower part of the BBQ had turned to black and tasted burned. The other dishes I ordered were so so ok not remarkable. The complimentary appetizers are the worst choice! Avoid this restaurant as far as you can.

Avoid the fragrance..

I am not allergic to nay kind of smell or fragrance but after using the Ralph Lauren I am facing this problem forever! I purchased Ralph Lauren scent recently, it had a hint of light mandarin; I found it perfect for casual wear and really I couldn't avoid the fragrance it had. I used it few times while going out with my friends and suddenly got sever headache. I better thought to consult my doctors as pain was unbearable and couldn't get relief even after having painkiller. Well, my doctor told me that it is due to allergy and advised me to discontinue the use of the fragrance I am using. I discontinued it immediately after been advised. Few days later I continued with my old scent and still had the same problem, but this time my doctor told my to stop using any fragrance permanently, it was due to some severe allergy. I can't use any perfume since then!

Unreliable company with bad customer service.

On 14th I got a call from Takashimaya that the delivery boy I nearby to my office and begged to wait for him, I said ok and waited till 6.30 in the evening but the guy didn't come. The next day, I didn't get flowers till 4 pm so I called my boy friend and told him about it. He tried to call Takashimaya but couldn't get anyone on-line till 5 pm. Finally he arranged for urgent flower bouquet which was not even half of what was suppose to be sent. He ordered flowers from Takashimaya because of their reputation for high quality flowers, beautiful and unusual arrangement but he got nothing from them. I would say Takashimaya is unreliable company with bad customer service which sent me flowers a day late.

There were no facilities they had promised for and so I will not prefer nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone I know and my family and my friends.

Tourist come here to buy fresh flowers, fruits, etc. Well, I never went back to this place, everything is over priced. I purchased a bunch of 10 roses for $15 and I think I paid them more then they desired. After I left the place I visited our local store well, I paid lot extra money to this seller. They accused us by saying they don't have taters right now and have to wait for another two hours if we really want to eat!Well, after we finished our dished got out of the restaurant without really enjoying our food. Half of the time went in asking for freebies! They are scammers..

Usually they give separate sauce so you can add as per your requirement but what I had received was different. They had put so much sauce, that fires has become gooey and lost its crunchy munch. It's in every ticket with admission. Hello. The website doesn't send out tickets. It just sends a confirmation with the DATE and PACKAGE. Obviously he doesn't know what he's talking about. The site issued him wrong tickets? Sounds like he didn't even buy tickets. He had to pay more for the next show. What does that mean? We don't charge for the Imax. He says he had to "work with signals" to get food. The Alii Luau is a buffet. What kind of signals did he use to have the table staff serve him if he was supposed to get up and get his own food? He said they were charged more for "dishes". We collect no money in the Alii luau for dishes. Once you purchase a ticket, the food is a BUFFET. Obviously this brother doesn't speak english well, which is his first problem. His second problem is that he's lying. His third problem is that if its the PCC website, it's he who can't read. From what I understand, tons of customers buy tickets online at and don't have complaints like his. Did he report it? I think he's just a liar.

in february i ordered business cards from vistaprint.I was unaware that in doing so i had automatically signed to a membership of both vistaprint rewards and premier club. In april two debits of 9.95 pounds sterling were taken from my credit card account. i queried this with the credit card company but it is perfectly legal. the credit card company cannot cancel it for you, and cancelling itself is very difficult if you don't have your membership id. as i didn't know i was a member, naturally i didn't know my id. Even though i cancelled the card, my credit company advised me that vistaprint could still debit my account and they would be obliged to honour this unless i cancelled with vistaprint direct.I asked what would happen if i cancelled my credit card account altogether, and apparently i would be breaking the law! Anyone in the UK experiencing similar difficulties may get satisfaction from phoning 0800 028 8251 rather than the number printed on the credit card statement, which is useless. I have yet to discover whether i have succeeded in cancelling my account, but i hope so.

So we requested for a coffee twice with no action taken. There was nothing that you would expect in a four star hotel. I think the cheap places I stayed like Red Roof and Motel 6 were more responsive. They have very bad service and expensive food, not worth your money. I will better make reservation in another hotel next time.

Both the reviews are written by one guy and it is obvious he must be the south west or its employee working there. As far as I know South West has the bad reputation in Seattle and the review by Duke D. is an obvious a deliberate false and outright lie. Evan Conklin is among the highest rated plumbers in Seattle. I bet you, you will get to see negative reports against SW in most the sites; they have the most notorious customer service and dissatisfaction. I can tell you the stories regarding their incompetence, fraud, rip offs and more. If I will have to give rating I will give them 'zero'. My research states that they have 70 complaints at State Attorney General's office and still this company is running. It must close down. You need to do little homework before calling them for their service- trust me it will help you a lot.

Well, it was not mistake but they blamed me for the damage and didn't allow us to leave the place until I pay from the damage. I had to pay finally. But I would like to sue them for illegal charge to a teenager. I will definitely not go again there though they have good selection.

All four times the same comedians showed up for the beginning acts. My boyfriend and I could repeat their acts verbatim. My boyfriend and I left after an hour and were disgusted. The food is horrible and the drinks are way overpriced.

I had downloaded a free version of AOL internet. It stated if I did not want to continue my membership to contact AOL before my free trial was up. (Note I had given AOL banking account # from an account that was made just incase AOL tried to refuse my choice to cancel) I contacted an AOL rep through the proper channels too cancel my membership. The operator refused to accept the words "I do not want your services" They said they would extend my services for 3 more months for free. I said I didn't want them. I was then passed to what was supposed to be a supervisor. No one answered the phone. I waited a short while and called again I was given the same run around and routed to a phone that was not answered. When I finally called several times and asked to cancel they offered me more months I refused and wanted to cancel. Again I was given a do not take no response and was routed to the same no answer line. That was over 7 months ago. I had gone to my bank and put a block on any attempt from AOL to withdraw from my account. I just received 11/6/06 a statement from my bank that I was overdrawn from my account and there was a charge of $23.90 from AOL and $25. For overdraw fee. I was furious I called AOL and they said they didn't even have my bank account number. But they some how had gotten my credit card number. Now I am even more upset. I asked the rep to speak to a supervisor. (BIG MISTAKE) I was routed to the infamous never answer phone. If there is anyone taking action with a law suit please contact me. I will be glad to give any and all information stating how they committed bank fraud and stole money from my account. I now have to cancel my credit card and change bank accounts at my cost just to prevent AOL from steeling from me.

They wanted a $50 deposit to send a subcontractor to measure my floor area for carpet and tile. The measurements were incorrect and unacceptable. The Home Depot was instructed by FAX, letter and telephone not to pay their subcontractor and to provide someone else. They have proceeded to harass me with repeated telephone calls while ignoring my written dispute of the charges. Telephone calls from The Home Depot are a recording saying wait for the next available agent - after 5 minutes I hang up. They are adding $25 per month late charges to an initial $50 credit card deposit plus $1.50 per month finance charges. The total has grown to $106.03 in just 2 months. They should be in the finance business specializing in how to Rip Off customers by creating a situation where they harass and try to intimidate their customers into paying for a service The Home Depot did not provide. The Home Depot has also charged sales tax on a labor only job which I think is illegal. They run a junk store and apparently have no regard for the rights of their customers. Stay away from them if you use their credit card. In fact I would advise you to stay out of their stores altogether.

Six months ago I signed a contract with Cellular One. When I get home use the phone to call one of my friends and I could barley hear them but I just let it go. It started getting worse. I couldn't even complete one phone call. I was lucky if I could even dial the number and then it would only last about thirty seconds. Finally I get mad and go up to Cellular One 5 months later. They say sorry and give me a new phone for free. I go home make a phone call and it works a little. I decide to buy a ring tone for $2.50. About a week later it was worse than before. I am getting very mad. I go to get the mail and my bill is there. Then I saw they charged TEN DOLLARS for my ring tone! I go back up to Cellular One again and they file a trouble ticket. They told me to come back in a week. I go back and see they completely ignored the trouble ticket. So the say sorry again and give me another phone. Now my ten dollar ring tone is gone. I go home and go to my top floor and make a call. 5 minutes into the call it is dropped. Again it starts. I go back up to Cellular One and they say that my house is the one that is screwing with my phone. So they give me this generic antenna that is about 5 in. tall and the wire is about 6 feet long. They want me to use this every time I make a call. Later my dad comes over (he has Cingular) and we go down in the basement. I check my phone and I am surprised to see I have one bar (THAT'S A BIG IMPROVMENT). My dad checks his phone and he has five. So I'm guessing it's not my house. I don't have enough money to pay those cancellation fees. What can I do???

Every time ask to talk to a manager I am hung up on or put on hold and never responded to. Please help put large corporations who think they can do what they want with our money out of business.

BUYER BEWARE I ordered their high speed DSL service months ago and it still is not working. My net zero dial up was much faster and reliable. I have dealt with a series of the dumbest BellSouth techs, some who came to my home. These cretins blamed the problems on everything including a phone that is not even plugged into the wall jack. They have wasted countless days of my time when any moron knows the problems are caused by BellSouth lousy servers or an overloaded grid. This weekend I was trying to get caught up with my email that BellSouth has screwed up. I was responding to a letter and after 2 hours I got a message that my email timed out while I was typing. I signed back into my account and the letter was gone. Two hours worth of work down the drain. When I called their tech dept there was a recording that said Bellsouth was having "email issues." They can't even handle emails they are so stupid. When I initially called the tech about setting up my email months ago he told me they don't do that and I have to call Microsoft. I told him since it comes with my Bellsouth account and I pay Bellsouth, not Microsoft, Bellsouth is responsible. I had to talk to a supervisor. I find one Bellsouth idiot particularly annoying and stupid and I informed their Coe's office that if the cretin ever calls me again I was reporting him to the police for harassment. The guy is a psycho because even when I would hang up on him he would call me right back and continue the conversation. This guy is so stupid that he probably thought Bellsouth disconnected us even though I called him an idiot and told him never to call me again and SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN. The cretin works in the Coe's office so that should tell you something about the mentality of the coli am having time/Warner install a cable connection for me and Bellsouth can go to hell. I am even dumping their phone service and will try Vonage. SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND AGGRIVATION BY AVOIDING BELLSOUTH AT ALL COST. Nextel has so many problems with their system that I am amazed that it even works at all. Let me tell you why. Nextel has a very small portion of the cell phone bandwidth, but they have a large portion of the customers. This means they don't have enough channels to handle all of the call volume. I am sure that you just like me are so sick and tired of seeing the "user not available" or "please try again" messages on your phone you just want to throw it out the window. To make matters even worse if you are under a service contract and try to complain THEY DON'T CARE! They tell you someone will call you back well don't hold your breath! Or the other famous one "I'm sorry a supervisor isn't available and no I can't give you a number for one" THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE HISTORY OF BUSINESS! I wish all of the tens of thousands of people who got sucked into a contract with Nextel could get together and form a giant class action suit to get us out of our service contracts and get our money back!

I guess the lesson we all need to learn is "Get it in writing!" There are just so few businesses and so few people out there who are honorable and can be taken at their word. Add AOL Long Distance to the list of dishonorable. Recently a representative from this company called my home and offered us 500 free minutes when we signed up. Without having the agreement put down on paper and mailed to us, we foolishly accepted the offer. When our bill arrived, we found we had not received any free minutes. We contacted another represented who denied that any such offer had ever been made. We cancelled the service and several weeks later were surprised to see that money had been automatically withdrawn from our account to pay charges on our "free" minutes. When we contacted yet another representative, we were told that the 500 free minute deals did exist but only after they were earned by so many paid minutes. Long story-short: An agreement was made by one rep, denied by another, and the company refuses to make good on promises made by its people. It's only $30, it won't kill us but AOL Long Distance treated us like we were trying to rip them off. I hope the $30 goes a long way to helping them out. We will recoup our money by canceling our AOL internet service and advising anyone who will listen on what to expect from this dishonorable company.

Comcast is charging much more for their services than their competitors. I don't understand how services including telephone
can be turned off three days after I made a payment in cash. I paid on 1/12/07 then services were shut off on 1/16/07!! Customer Service said there wasn't anything they could do about my telephone and it would be turned on in 24 to 48 hours and they were sorry for my inconvenience!! This isn't the first time this happened to me, but the third. Each time I was charged a disconnect fee & reconnect fee, BUT I MADE THE PAYMENT then was without service. I've wasted more than 8 hrs on the phone with Comcast Customer Service, and although they are polite, I can't seem to get anyone who knows how to serve the customer. By the way, did you know that every time Comcast sends out a "reminder notice" they charge 1.99 as a "Soft Disconnect Fee??" I'm a singe mom of two and NEVER missed a monthly payment! When you pay a month in advance and pay your bill, how can they turn services off legally? Does anyone else have this problem????

Within the next day or so information came to light however re: the validity of their Teacher's Aide Program and the fact that most schools in my area will accept you and train you without prior certification. I sent a letter requesting cancellation of my contract and return of my deposit on April 13, 2007 stating the following:

I sent an email to the advisor (as to have documented proof) which included the tracking information of the initial certified letter stating the following:

I wish only to cancel the course. I do not wish to transfer or place the program on hold. Your course materials were refused and returned to sender directly from the post office at which they were received on the day they were received.

Please cancel the contract and refund my deposit as requested.


On May 9th, I received a bill re: my failure to cancel w/in 14 days and a balance I owe them of $179! I have of course filed complaints with the DC Attorney General and DC BBB against them in addition to reviewing my experience here and emailing them all of my documentation that disputes their claims. The email address that they gave me however is no longer valid!

I mailed a copy of the email to them instead on May 18, 2007.

I found out too late that they have a reputation for defrauding those who wish to cancel. Luckily I sent my cancellation request via certified mail. As evidenced by post office records and the attached letter, it was sent, as per the policy they included with their scam, to the correct address and still received well within 14 days. The cancellation address, by the way, is only included on the backside of the initial agreement – the one you have to mail off to them - and no where else either on their website or by any other easily obtainable means – obviously more of their scam. They choose to ignore my request for cancellation. Their pathetic attempts to try to keep my business and stall out the 14 days, have been duly noted.

As for the lessons, the date the 1st and only one arrived at the post office, I refused it and wrote "refused, return to sender" immediately handing it back to the clerk. Again, another scam about them that I have read about. The one thing I didn't do that I wish I had of, was write down the tracking number on the refused Stratford materials.


It is apparent that their business is so poorly run that they feel the need to defraud people in order to stay afloat. Rest assured that I will do everything in my power to make it even more difficult for them.

Also please find attached a list of links detailing the same type of scam being perpetrated by them. I only wonder how many times they've successfully pulled this scam on people too ashamed or too unaware to know the proper recourse.

I met a guy on line dating service He was very kind and compassionate. Things were going great I had introduced him to my children and he had promised to adopt them. He was nothing but a scam artist. He told me he loved me and wanted to spend the rest of his life with me. He told me and my entire family he was a trust fund baby and that we were going to build a house together. We started the entire process to buid a house even had the blue prints drawn up. Not until last week one day before our wedding when he dissappeared did I find out that he had 2 names 2 social security numbers and the builders were told he died on May 2, 2007. I am now very confused and hurt. To add fuel to the fire I had to pay for a wedding that never happened I have 4 children who are completely upset and confused and He is scamming his next woman as we speak. I have gone to the local police and the FBI but am told there is no crime commited as of yet. This man also told us he had cancer and I had contacted sever places in Mexico for treatment. He worked for the Catholic worker in Omaha and scammed them to. This is a facility based on trust and he lived there for 5 months using them and telling them stories about giving them money for the shelter. None of which came true instead he took money from them. He told us he had previously lived in AZ,IL,IN, and now NE if this man contacts you dont let him fool you or your family. He is very believable and geniune until the truth comes out. Keep yourself safe.

I showed him the coupon he said that the coupon was valid till 25 February and they cant accept it when it was clearly written on the coupon till 25 March. He sticks to his words, so I kept the book on.

They make these British chips by deep frying potatoes in the same oil again and again so they are not advisable. I have cholesterol problem, that's why I gave him instruction before serving me. Two days later I had to hospitalize for treatment. Of course it was my mistake of eating such greasy stuff but when I told him twice it is duty to follow the guest's request. Well, overall I will not recommend this restaurant to my friends and any person I know.

Well, he got my order after half an hour and also it was all melted, I was not impressed with the kind of service they give and ice creams too. The caramel syrup was very thin and had no taste at all. I will prefer the Cold Stone Creamery, it best suits me and my needs too! I will advise you do not go Marble Slab Creamery, there do not have quality creams!

They indicated that I was approved for a lump sum payout of USD $92,000 U.S. In cash credited to your ticket number 435-3255-241. They said it was a total cash prize draw of $460,000.00 shared amoungest 5 winners. They sent a $4867.73 dollar check that they wanted me to put in my account and withdraw the money and send it Western Union. They give you a number to call 1(647)832-2073 I spoke to a woman named Pamuela. She tried to convience me to take the money out of my account and send it. I told her she was crazy, I would deposit the check but any bank takes 15-30 days for a check to clear. I told her I would wait for it to clear. It never cleared, thank god I never send it Western Union. I went with my feeling that this was a scam and it was. A lot of people did send the money Western Union though and are out of that money. But the more and more people that speak out these individuals will be busted and something will be done. Watch out for a supposed Gregory Williams Phd. Director of Promotions, he's a complete SCAM. These people are all terrible, and the people who work for these scammers should go down also for trying to make it sound so good. I even asked Pamuela several times if this was a scam and every time she indicated NO. Don't believe these people. Thank god I didn't take the money out of my account and I went with my feeling. But yesterday we had dinner at Tucanos and had to wait for one hour just to get place, I don't know if there was anything special for the day but we got nothing then few selected BBQ and few other stuff which failed to impress us and to top it the price were high. I am not greedy person that I will eat everything and empty vessel but I like to try and taste dishes, but they did not give us much to eat in all we had two BBQ's just a small quantity and a dessert. Few dishes I asked for were finished and he will not make it for me because it was 10 past in the night. Good buddy. I am not looking for next trip to Tucanos but I surely want to try out Braza Grill in Salt City Lake next time.

They promised me to deliver it till 18 of January and they did. The glass had crack in the corner, must be 5" or 7". Not me but any buyer will think before accepting such delivery it is not going to last long, I thought and called them next day. My husband talked to the rep, he was helpful until he was not aware of replacement and as he got replacement alarm he gave some stupid accuse and hung up the phone. His repeated calls only added bill. Again two days later I called and some superior staff person talked to me. He stuck to his point that glass was not broken and I was lying while I was trying to explain him that it may got break on the way. Later several minutes of conversation result into the ¼ replacement of glass. So sick! I feel pity on Rainbow glass. Our local décor store is better!

I thought that they would send fresh flowers and not the ones that were displayed.They delivered the flowers on time but the flowers were dead and had turned black in just two hours. When I called them and asked them why this happened they said they had no idea why it happened. i asked for the manager and he said that I must have put something in the water that caused the problem. I told them that I put what solution they had given. I will never purchase from them again. Their shop looks very nice from the out and inside but their flowers are terrible. Don't purchase from here. Even if you do make sure they use fresh flowers for your order.

I went to them and told them to give me another one. They said that they wouldn't do that but would give me a replacement part.I took the part which did not work either. They said they cannot help me anymore. I was very angry and asked them for a full refund they said that they would reimburse the charges but I haven't got a single dime from them yet.

I have read many reviews on Atlanta Tire and Auto service. There were many bad ones and very, very few good ones that were mostly dated. I wish I had taken the caution from the other reviews that I read. I too was a customer at Atlanta for many, many years and before I went there for the last time I had no idea about the new management and may be owners too. I surely am now! They are very friendly and stuff but being friendly is no the only important thing at a service center we want good service too now, don't we? They are inexperienced. So if you are going there based on the good experiences you had earlier you should know that it is not gonna be the same any more. They are trying to be the best but they are no where near good. After I picked up my car form them it broke down after five minutes of driving. When I spoke to the manager about it. he said that he was sorry and would offer me an oil change. Well if you would try them out please go ahead but only for an oil change if you go to them for anything other than that believe you me, you are gonna regret it. They are way below our expectations and have surely gone downhill.

I think because they are all the same and they have no significant variety in there art. I have examined this personally. They are a kind of nuts, I can say if they are not ready to consider people like us. I had mailed them some of my art work and guess.. An artist from there organization steal work and gave his name. Is this the justice they give to an inborn artist!? If they do they are the biggest cons on the earth!

Worst computer dealers.

University Computers is not the place for you to go and satisfy your PC needs. They are very, very, very expensive. To purchase a PC from here will make you end up broke. I had gone along with my friends to get one and we were shocked I mean totally blown away when we heard the prices.They charge thrice the price of the product and charge much, much more than other regular computer dealers. Whenever we go there we are always left disappointed and have to leave that way. I don't think any one would want to purchase anything from them looking at their rates this is truly a rip off. Please stay away from them they are the worst computer dealers. I will not go there again. All I will get is a shock and a lot of disappointment.

Oo! My daughter has turn 5, two months and wanted to learn ride bicycle. She told me that she had learned ridding bike from friend and she knows, but we don't have one but I decided to take used bike from Play it Again Sports, till we make it sure she learns to ride and then get a new bike. But the employee gave a bike was not good and didn't inform us that it had bad brakes in it! Well, my daughter was trying to stop but didn't able to and dashed against wall before I could reach her. Then after the incident the employee admitted the truth. The whole months practice washed out, she is now afraid of ridding bike because she thinks that brakes are bad. Well, the employees are responsible. They are liar and want to make profit out of bad conditioned equipments too!

Sippy Cup won't leak! Good slogan they have, I mean they claim so; but I had exactly reverse experience of this product. I had purchased this product from amazon.com few months back. I am new mother and so I wanted one for my child. Well, the claim of this company is damn false. After I received my product after paying $7.99 plus shipping charges, I filled milk in that for the first time and I noticed some lid is not fitting properly to the cup. I received my next cup but the state of leakage was same so I contacted amazon again explaining them my problem. They said we can't help it as product is being shipped twice and they will not do it this time. But I was explained him I received the cup is not good and the lid is giving leakage. They plainly said that it's your problem. Of course Sippy Cups brand is not good and dealing with amazon.com also a bad experience. Our local store and Wal-Mart is the best place to shop at!

food stuff from store just next door. I came within half an hour, collect my chocolate box and left for home. Well, when I reach home, I open box more like greedy person and disappointed to see.:( The chocolate that once covered the red deep strawberry was melted and liquid chocolate will never give any taste to strawberry. I called the store and told them, they plainly said that cant take it back as once stuff sold they are not responsible for damage!! What damage? I know when I return to store to collect my chocolate, the guy pick my box from the machine. Obviously, it was heat and so chocolate got melted. I told him the fact but he didn't listen to me. What a pathetic staff they have! I will advice there owner to change the staff so we can get better service.

I do not like this restaurant much. Of course as the name implies, they have lovely cheesecakes and they are awesome! Well, I hate its food. They are no good to even take a bite. Unfortunately I had attended this restaurant three time with my friends for promotion treats. I have observed that they are not bothered about the customer, how dissatisfied the may be! I tried to suggest the manager to improve food but he calmly shook his head and began with his work again. Their food is never good. Their pasts are terrible in taste and they are never hot and tempting to eat, even pastas from Olive Garden have better taste and quality. Their pork tenderloin is perfect dry and bland. I leave dissatisfied with everything!

Few weeks back I had gone there to watch a new release, but I couldn't watch the properly though the movie was nice (my other friend who has seen this movie told me that movie was nice). Seats are torn out so I couldn't sit properly this was the first reason. Then floor is so bad that it stinks sometime due to lack of cleanliness. Well, in whole movie two rats enjoyed passing by my legs! I was scared of being bitten up with there kicks. It needs a large renovation boy! I am shocked to see how the owner of theater could run his business in bad condition!

Chiklicious is a kind of dessert, I am mad for chikalicious. If you go to chiklicious you can actually see chefs making chiks in front of your eyes and it is very interesting. Well, they re little expensive. As menu changes every three days, you can't go back for having the menu you have missed. Hmm. Well, I don't have any complaint regarding food or even chefs but the manager who stole my money. Four months back I was on date and so I decided to pay first before my gal arrives and have wine and dessert and leave for a movie. After we finished our desserts and wine, manager asked me for bill charges. Well, I told him that I have paid him before we had desserts and he was didn't listen to me. He told me that they don't accept such payments and forced me to pay for our desserts. As he wont allow me to leave bar without paying I paid him the full amount again and made the loss of $45. I will not play such tricks in future ever but also not go to this bar again.

Hey guys and gals! I had been to Hawaii recently with my few friends and my wife. Our trip is remarkable; we enjoyed a lot but the theater and one restaurant really disappointed us. We had been to Polynesian Culture center and everything was done through their website only. We have booked tickets for a show in Imax from polynesia.com they have send us the tickets; as we had no idea about eh show and show timing we reach our destiny with tickets and guess who has become the joker in Imax.we. Their site issued us wrong tickets and we had spent money again for next show. I was never in my life got so much embarrassed. Ok, and then come the second disappointing scene in Alii Luau Feast, here people serving hardly understood English and so I worked with signals. Well, they got some dishes we didn't ask and charged for them even when we didn't even
eat from their plate and returned. I will not recommend this restaurant nor this website which play a role of ugly pig to loot people! Of course I will blame this site only because we planned everything according to website details.

So. we ordered for crab shau lon bau followed by chow fun with shredded pork and tangy rice noodle with preserved cabbage. The crab shau lon bau hardly had any juicy in it but anyhow we forced ourselves to finish it. I also had there tender fried yellow fish and it was giving out very bad smell. I am not sure if that was rotten and they fried the rotten and present it to me! Oh god, I will not visit this restaurant again in my rest of the life:(

Well, food what you call star in the heaven! Food is expensive here because they are gourmets but pizzas worth money. They have lovely Chicken Marsala and make you crazy Caramel Fudge Pecan Cheesecake! And they have original BBQ Chicken chopped. I have no trouble with their food or even cook because they make great food with utter perfection; only my problem is their waiter staff. As usual I placed order and waited for 45 minutes when it was afternoon time on Saturday. Restaurant was filled 30% and still they were unable to serve quickly. Strange! Other days I have received my order on time, it happened to me twice and I am really pissed off. if it continues the third time I will take my business elsewhere. California Pizza Kitchen pardon me but I will have to take this step!

They never call out my number, I waited for hour and half and when I asked the manager about my number he checked my number and said that the number was called out long back and since there was no response they gave it to other person. Well, I told him I am here and they never called my number, I was waiting in my place where callouts could be heard properly. There was no chance I missed it. Well, manager was the toughest nut on the earth. But soon after that he called my name and gave me my fruit tart,Dinners, watch properly the show and hit your arrow on time or you will be the looser!

So we call the store manager to inform then about the air conditioner, first they told us lier and bang the phone telling me that they have checked it before we took it home. Well, we had to take it back to store as it was no concern for them, and no one touched the air conditioner even when we took it to the store! Best buy has the worst service in the world.

She people could hold such restaurant up with yucky limited food! The pantry people forget to clean glasses and so I got a pretty greasy glass. They are not aware of cleanliness, I make out form the glass and food is most pathetic as ever I ate in any restaurant, I will advise to check out Carolina's Restaurant just few minutes walking distance. Have Awesome food there, I bet you will like it!

This place is run by a small Greek family have good homey environment here. But I will advice eaters to not go to eat pizzas here. They are just icky pizzas, no taste. I am sure they are making these pizzas with there own created recipes! I ate there pizza thrice on different occasions and three times the taste of same pizza was different; Ridiculous! I am not sure why. I tried to ask owner but he would change the topic, so I stop it there and there. Well, first time it was little cheesier and sauce was less to get enough taste so I left it. Second time I ate when my friend has party over here, it had more tomato taste with lot of cheese and more sauce. This combination made me sick even to put in my mouth. And third occasion was with my girl friend. I told her don't order for Pizzas but she did and unfortunately ordered same pizza! I am so un-lucky regarding pizzas especially in Giovanni's that I go there to eat Greek food and my partner force me to eat PIZZA! My god, never ever take anyone loves pizzas here! Surely they plan to kill you.

I forgot to check the bread before packing for me but after I reach home I opened the package and found the green fungus like substance on the hard bread surface. The bread was actually hard and not fresh. I will not return there for pre-made and instant food, they are low quality stuff.

Yeah, it was a great experience for having food here. I enjoy the food and listening at a time is a great combo pack which Jazz At Pearl's offers. I went there many times but never tried to play any instrument though I know to play piano and guitar. Last Saturday my girl friend, I with my and hers family went there for celebrating my birthday which actually on Tuesday but due to hectic working life, we couldn't able to enjoy. As food is nice here, we tore a bill of $845. We had drinks cocktails was our favorite all the time, wine, appetizers, desserts and lot of fun. But the musician disregard to our huge bill made me feel embarrass before big crowd. They are rude and disrespecting people. MY girl and her parents ask me to play piano as they believe I could do it better! Well, I made waiter intermediary to take my massage to the musicians. He said ok and came after few minutes later; he said 'you can go up there'. I went where they playing instruments and requested him if I can sit on, he told me to come after sometime and when i went there again he told me that they are not allowed to give their instruments to customers!

So i called the number on the paper 6478952073 and talked to a man who said he was my claim coordinator and he assured me that i won and wanted to know if i wanted press with cameras and stuff when my remaining funds were sent to me.i thought it seemed fishy so i called the bank the check was from it was beneficial and they told me it was a scam.i called back and told them this and they acted like they didnt know what i was talking about but they would check into it.they said call them back in 2 hours so i did and the man i was to talk to wasnt there and they put me on hold and never got back on the phone.this all happened may 11th 2007.

Young College Student FOOLED by FALSE GRANT ADVERTISEMENT!

I am a third year college student and in late- august I recieved a postcard from a company named Easton Consulting Group assuring me I could be approved for a grant for at least $5,000 to use for education, housing, to start a business ect. So a few weeks later I gave the number (1-800-935-4591) on the post card a call and I spoke with a man named Pete Anderson, he asked for my name (I told him) and he said "yes" my name was on the list to receive a grant for at least 5,000 he then a said there was a one time fee for $349.97 to start the process, I was a bit reluctant, asking why a fee had to be payed and to be honest I didnt have $349.97 to give away, (i.e my reason for needing a grant). However as I think now, being quite manipulitve he told me I can set it up so the money could be withdrawn from my checking account by next week (as if he was doing me a favor) also had me believed if I didn't pay this my grant package would be canceled. So by chance I was able to come up with $349.97 and on October 6th 2006 the money was withdrawn from my account. The man told I would receive some paper work (in two weeks) to fill out that would then be sent to the goverment so they could look over my grant request. I didn't recieve that paper work until mid november I filled it out (being stupid and naive giving all my information) and sent it back express mail to the address that I soon found out later was phony. I called the company back immediately when I hadn't heard anyhing back assuring me when the grant would be posted to my account ( as I was told). I spoke to lady this time and was told on january 30th I would receive it, of course the january 30th came and nothing, so I called back and was told I would receive it febuary 17th, samething nothing and I called back and spoke with this man that told me this crappy lie that the reasoning the process is taking so long is because the government would be awarding me with more money in the amount of $17,000and I would definetly have it by March 8th and if not I would receive my fee back. Hearing this I got excited, naive and stupid thinking thats why its taking so long and I would have my money shortly. On March 6th something told me to give them a call just to see the update on my grant, the phone was busy, I tried all day the phone was busy, so I waited until the 8th of March, (OF COURSE NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT), so I called the phone still busy. Its now May 11th and the phone is still busy I decided to take matters into my own hands and google this company (SOMETHING I OBVIOUSLY SHOULD OF DONE FROM THE BEGINNING) and saw and read all the fraud and complaints of this company coming to the realization I am not the only person they scammed. I felt so horrible just knowing that people can be so vindictive and wicked, now some psychos have my information and I am out $349.97 of which I borrowed. I just hope and pray justice will be served and these scam artists will be CAUGHT. I am immediately going to report this to the credit bureau and hope and pray my information isn't being used and consult my bank about this situation and hopefully something can be done about the money that was withdrawn from my account.

Magazine Subscription Paid, Not Received

I initially placed an order with Mags for Less in July 2006. This company states on their website that "We are a New York City company dedicated to providing you with the cheapest magazine subscriptions around! We offer hundreds of magazine titles at incredible discounts through our new online store." However, once you've placed your order, you receive a very legitimate looking confirmation email to verify the order but you never receive the magazine. My order was for a one year's subscription to People magazine for a total of $86.99. My American Express credit card was charged right away but when the subscription never started, I tried to contact Mags for Less through their www.My1Mag.com website on September 17 and again on October 3, for status information. I never received a reply from customer service using their online form through the website. I eventually emailed support@my1mag.com on October 10 and received a reply from Robert Drewson who sounded very helpful at first but I finally realized that this was just a ruse to stall for time until it was too late for me to file a dispute with my credit card company. At first, I continued to receive emails from Mr. Drewson assuring me that I would received my magazine soon but after eight months, I knew that I had been scammed, had lost the money paid for the subscription, and would never received the magazine that was ordered. I made a request for a refund in January 2007, and was promised that it would be processed within 4-5 business days. After checking with my credit card company, nothing had been processed. Sent numerous emails to Mr. Drewson in January, February and March with more requests for subscription and refund information follow up but without response. Finally, after sending an email to questions@magsforless.com , I began receiving emails from Meagen Richards who also made shallow promises of issuing a credit. Ms. Richards even went as far as to say she was sorry for my frustration and wanted to know if I wanted a refund and that she was going to give me a 10% discount on future orders! After requesting a refund from her, the context of her emails were identical to the ones received from Mr. Drewson. I still didn't get a refund and emails have stopped from Mr. Drewson and Ms. Richards. Mags for Less is an Internet scam company dedicated to fraud. I have gotten emails from others who have been scammed and given sites to write or email complaints to and would like to list the information for others who may be in the same situation. This company needs to be put out-of-business as soon as possible!

I have been to this place a lot of times and continue going there but I go there out of compulsion if there was another pet store here I wouldn't be going to Statewide Pets for sure. I hate it but can't help because that is the nearest pet store and I hate traveling.The pets are all cramped together they are not safe there and it not at all hygienic not even for the animals. I really pity those poor creatures. The employees there need to learn how to treat customers. They are not at all friendly and know nothing about good quality customer service. I was really shocked when I heard the prices but I decided to go ahead because I thought the treatment would be worth it. But it wasn't it was not worth quarter of the money I gave. I was very disappointed before leaving I even told the owner that I will never return she just ignored me and looked the other way. I will not go to this rip off spa again.

I have never seen an animal store more horrible and unsafe for animals than Statewide Pets store. It is located in Orange, Connecticut. It is for sure the worst store I come across. They have not maintained the place well and the poor animals have an unhealthy and unsafe environment to live in.I really pity the little ones the pups have small cages and they sleep on nothing but the cold wires not comfy spot in those cages. The place where the little ones are stinks terribly. The aquariums have fishes that are out dated and are not very healthy like the moment you take them out they are gonna die for sure. It is way out of my understanding that these people are still in business. They need to be stooped and those poor animals need a better environment to live in. what makes this place even worse is that their prices are really high. Can you believe it, high prices for that?

Stay away from Pep Boys. They are a scam they can do nothing right and are very rude to customers. They don't know how to treat customers. I used to go there quite often for services but after I had the terrible experience with them they are history for me!
I had taken my car in for a service. Well they did the exact opposite. They ruined my car. I had to take it out of there and get it done at another reliable service center. I would never go there again even for the smallest reason. I hate Pep Boys. They suck. Trust me they want your money that's it.

I love going for spa treatments. I have been to almost every spa I know of but this one. But just last week I went to this one to but it was an awful experience. I fixed an appointment. But I couldn't make it for the appointment because I had some emergency. I cancelled it and asked them if I could go there the next day the same time. They agreed and told me that it was fixed for the next day.When I went the next day I found out that they had a lot of rush and couldn't get the treatment that day. When I asked why was I denied they said that I was on hold if a customer did not show up I would be in. I was very disappointed because they had assured me that I would be done with but I had to go the next day. The treatment was below average. I will never go there again. I am very upset and will let all my girlfriends know about this so that they think before they go there.

There is nothing like Indian food!

Bombay Bistro is bad. The food is average well some of the dishes taste horrible. Nothing like Indian food! My Indian friends hate the place. And I know why. Because I tasted the food at their place and it was delicious. But the food in Bombay Bistro is the exact opposite of that. The have very less quantity and charge a lot. Their service is terribly slow. I would never want to go again. They are really bad. The managers are really rude. The waiters are ok but sometimes have an attitude problem. I can't believe I got to see all this in one night. It's good I won't return and waste my time and money here again.

Weekends may be too tiring to dine there..!

Bidwell Tavern Café can be tried for the best wings in CT. They have excellent menu and great 20 flavors but you can also try their one of the many cold brews which is special. The weekends are noisy, the previous weekend when I had been to Bidwell Tavern Café it was far noisy & crowded and also we didn't receive the service properly. We had to wait for 45 minutes just to have seat and when got settled we didn't even have water. Waiters were hardly seen moving around so we can place order, so my girl friend gave the order at once. Well, the server couldn't be seen for next one hour. We had been to Bidwell Tavern Café many times but never had such problem before but this weekend was little over then usual. I was fading up to sit there for an hour just to look for the server who took down our order, but my girl she kept her patience to sit and wait. Well, food was nice but I advice you not to go their on weekends as it may be too tiring to dine there.

I have been to this bakery just once and I don't think I will be going there again. Not that their goods are bad. They have good products its just that the ones that are not so good make everything bad. The employees are very rude and are not at all friendly. I never had a problem with any of the employees in other bakeries that I have been to but this one was surely an exception. The prices here are high. I had to think twice before I bought the goods. What if they are not worth that much? Well like I said earlier some of their stuff is but not all? Definitely not all! That make shopping there a little tough because you would never know what to get as all the stuff looks good you cannot discriminate what's worth your money and what's not. Take care while you shop there I will not do it again. Simply because of the unfriendly employees and prices that is much, much more than other bakeries in my neighborhood.

I am really pissed off to even visit Winchester Café.The previous Friday I had went there with my friends. The bar seems more like bikers bar but I think it is more then that. Well, they have lot more things could be enjoyed ut the maintenance is poor so it is not that worthy to go there. The dishes we tasted there were just ok to fill you, the turkey grilled I like the most. The prime rib that we tasted was bland and tasteless to be eaten, even my little brother 4, said that it is not good something is spoiled used it in! So you must have got idea of the Café. right!

Statewide Pets is by far the worst place for the deadliest animal in the world. These people don't know what their purpose is. I pity the animals there. I wish I could do something to help those animals and get that place to shut down. Only if I had financial support I would have done anything to get those poor animals to a safe place.The mice were kept in cages that looked like they weren't cleaned for centuries. I was shocked and was really sorry for the condition they were in. they had many mice in one tiny little cage. They did not even fit there right. I bought two mice out of pity. I found one dead mouse in the ferret's cage. Go there only if you can save those animals life or save yourself from being disgusted at the way those idiots treat those poor animals. They don't take proper care of them.

Ok, years back Sal's Italian Ristorante was opened but it was closed soon, may be because of poor service or poor location. But I don't think it was poor location! Well, so after it got closed we tried it out in Boynton. The décor was good and healthy, food was raving but there service was really poor; may be because of poor service only it got closed in Palm Beach. The waiter serving us looked not so experienced; he had a habit of forgetting orders but even didn't write it down. I told him to write it down it will be better to remember but he just shrugged his shoulder and went away. Food was really excellent. I don't know the state of the restaurant now because we have not been there for years now.

I had a terrible experience at Kamiya Salon and Spa that is what I got to know after the experience a low class spa. It is located in Bellevue, Washington and I can bet that it is the most deceitful and disrespectful spa I have ever been to. I had made a call to get an appointment fixed for complete a spa treatment. The lady that was on the other side was out and out rude. She had no idea what she was saying at times and had an accent which was very hard to understand.The day I went to the salon they asked me to wait for sometime because there was an urgent appointment made. I was very disappointed. Later I got to know that it was one of the stylist's friends. That was the urgent appointment. Then later when they started with me I knew from the very start that they are going to hurry with me. I was not at all satisfied and did not feel relaxed after the treatment. And what really bugged me was that after all this they even tried to force me into buying some of their products. I disagreed and am a hundred percent sure that I will never return or recommend this place to anyone unless of course you wanna have a bad day.

My daughter introduced 391st Bomb Group last year on mother's day. The food was excellent and the service was not the exception for it. Well, few days back we visited this restaurant and the scene had changed since then. The salads were looking tasty but it failed to enter in the salad and most disappoint me the cheesecake. It was not good, it didn't even look good to even dare to eat! So the idea of being good has vanished from my mind and I am not willing to go there again just because other things like décor, other stuff is just good but they have reduced there food quality with quantity. If you ever wish to go 391st Bomb Group choose the late afternoon time it will be better enough though you may not get the full menu!

Well, my home is not far away from restaurant but these people send it two and half hour late from the timing I had mentioned with my order. I called them twice and no one picked my call. I am going mad at Monster Sushi, there is no use of delicious sushi if they deliver it after your hunger is dumped! I will not recommend this restaurant for home delivery they really piss you off!

Actually my friend recommended this place to me because of their excellent prices and the beautiful collection but she also told e that the staff is not the friendliest down there. I did not bother so much about what she said. But when I went there I realized that the staff was terrible. It's not that they are not the friendliest they are not friendly at all. When I was purchasing clothes for my kids there was only one employee in there and he was inside in the employee's room all the time. He did not greet me did not ask if I needed any help he only came out to ring me out. He did not even thank me for my purchase. I will not go to a place where people are not bothered about their customers.

They didn't have the top of my size and also were not ready to refund. They plainly ask me to buy something else of that value when I didn't want anything..Finally I purchased a pair of shoe which was just better among their collection. I will advice shoppers Don't Buy anything from Manhattan Mall as they will surely rip you off! Taking huge amount from your pocket..

Hey don't buy anything from Dylan's candy Bar. They have most fascinating candies and chocolates but I will advise don't buy from them. Once after a movie I purchased some good jelly candies from their store and you can't imagine what happened after that..my 4 year old child was chewing those candies and he found one was too hard to chew and there was no flavor at all; so I removed it from his mouth and horrid to see..it was a transparent rubber piece. Thank god! he doesn't ate that otherwise may be a throat operation has to done to remove the piece as it was quite large and looked just like other jelly candies. Be aware of Dylan's my friends and dear moms!
